Thrive Behavioral Health Inc is seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, you will provide comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with other providers to ensure clients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide intake/assessment services and ongoing short-term case management and psychotherapy services to adult outpatients
  • Consult/liaison with psychiatrist and/or medical doctors and other treatment staff
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and document services consistent with Thrive standards and/or insurance requirements
  • Collaborate with other providers, agencies, and individuals in the client's network of care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a mental health setting working with clients with disabilities
  • Experience or training in related state and federal assistance programs preferred
