A rapidly expanding consumer goods organization is seeking to onboard a Senior Accounting Specialist with a robust accounting background and the capability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills who can thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational activities within the accounting department.
  • Ensure monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, maintaining comprehensive supporting documentation.
  • Execute corporate monthly closing procedures, including reconciliations and systematic closing tasks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Assist in generating weekly accounting and management reports as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
