We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Eli's Restaurant Group. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, including the dishwashing machine, sinks, and storage areas.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of our kitchen and dining areas, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of our kitchen and dining areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity is essential.
