Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Eli's Restaurant Group. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishroom, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with general cleaning and organization of the back-of-house area, including the storage of supplies and equipment.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and other kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen and dining areas as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
