About the Role

MRA - The Management Association is seeking a skilled Hose Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling products according to customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products per customer requirements using approved industry standards.
  • Prioritize build schedules based on production schedules or required dates.
  • Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management.
  • Record job completions, errors, downtime, and hoses per day.
  • Problem solve by comparing order to BOM to print as needed and communicate concerns efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively, and professionally with customers, vendors, and other Triad employees
  • Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle products (inventory) up to 50 pounds
  • Accurate keyboarding skills (for data entry)
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge
  • Knowledge of Prophet21 software and other vendor computer systems (preferred)
  • Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test
