At Citadel CPM, we are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers I and II to lead our construction project management team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex construction project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements, ensuring smooth progress throughout all phases of the projects.

You will play a key role in developing, assigning, and monitoring the performance of Construction Managers relative to assigned construction projects. Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide construction oversight to Construction Managers.
  • Resolve complex construction project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
  • Develop, assign, and monitor performance of Construction Managers relative to assigned construction projects.
Requirements

We are looking for highly experienced Senior Project Managers I and II with at least 17 years of experience in project/construction management and 5 years of experience managing large programs with projects having construction values exceeding $50 million (not cumulative). A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required. Certification as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) within one year of employment is also necessary.

A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is preferred. Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), Leadership experience in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects, and/or Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) is also beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $230,000 per year, based on experience.
