Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and make recommendations for patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
