Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve facility goals, including production, quality, and safety.
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders in the area of responsibility, providing direction, communicating goals, and monitoring performance.
  • Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns, using own judgment or consulting others when needed.
  • Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, or Production/Operations Management.
  • 2 years of experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
  • Experience in managing workload, participating in the hiring and promotion of employees, and driving business results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Change Management experience.
  • Experience in preparing and executing budgets.
  • Product Management experience.
  • Recruiting and talent development experience.
