The Project Manager for Campaign Operations will play a crucial role within the Consumer CRM team, overseeing the daily management, execution, and delivery of CRM initiatives across various consumer commercial brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management and coordination of medium to high complexity brand CRM projects, including the development of project timelines, status updates, and conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of brand CRM initiatives.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the respective therapeutic areas and brands.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple departments and agencies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines and fulfillment of all project requirements.
- Work alongside cross-functional and agency teams to establish processes for capturing requirements, obtaining approvals, documenting metadata, and verifying necessary data elements for campaign execution.
- Document any change requests, inform the team, and comprehend the implications on timelines. Strive for standardization, automation, and process enhancements to achieve the team's vision of improved efficiency year over year.
- Conduct quarterly audits of campaigns and assess campaign performance metrics, discussing findings with CRM leadership.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by the team regarding cross-functional and agency partnerships. Diagnose root causes and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest strategies to enhance engagement levels.
- Engage in the planning process with brands, internal teams, and their respective agency partners. Maintain regular check-ins with each team to track actual campaign activities and manage resources effectively.
- Prepare well-structured, clear, and concise communications, setting explicit expectations. Develop quarterly business reviews in collaboration with brand and omnichannel leaders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, or 1:1 marketing.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in client service, account management, or response management.
- Experience in digital marketing or within an interactive agency is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and resolve program-related issues.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset when facing new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with current marketing automation and email delivery technologies, along with an understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Unica.
- Experience in implementing CRM best practices.
- Demonstrated success in launching effective email campaigns and consumer programs.
