Our Service Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of LP propane gas appliances, as well as the delivery, installation, and removal of propane tanks for a variety of customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Technicians are dispatched to clients within our operational area. To excel in this position, a valid CDL A/B, along with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements, is required.
Compensation: $33/hour - Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities for the Service Technician:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of LP Propane appliances, tanks, and equipment, primarily in outdoor environments
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing systems effectively
- Conducting leak checks and identifying gas leaks at various locations
- Performing routine service, cleaning, and maintenance of LP Gas appliances
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding heating issues, both daily and in emergency situations
- Adhering to municipal guidelines while performing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of service vehicle and conducting pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
- Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills
- Regularly lifting and carrying over 50 pounds, as well as bending, climbing, reaching, and rotating as necessary
- Willingness to work and travel in varying weather conditions and seasons
- Possessing a strong understanding of all products associated with the company
Required Qualifications for the Service Technician:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a service technician with skills in installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of various systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with HazMat endorsement and a satisfactory driving record
- Current DOT Medical Certification
Preferred Qualifications for the Service Technician:
- Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while contributing to team success
- CETP Certification
