Job Summary:

  • Operate various packaging lines, including bottling, canning, and kegging, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform packaging operations according to current SOPs, ensuring accurate labeling, product handling, and packaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of logs, batch tickets, and tracking, monitoring production line performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report issues to supervisors.
  • Assist in maintaining stocks, moving finished product, and prepping for incoming product to ensure continuous and efficient daily production.
  • Follow work instructions, standards, and SOPs for equipment setup, changeover, and tear down, identifying and resolving issues during setup and changeover.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work outside of scheduled shifts to meet packaging daily goals and defined outcomes.
  • Accountability to meeting or exceeding company standards in quality, including but not limited to accurate labeling, product handling, and packaging procedures.
Compensation:

Up to $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and development.
