Position Overview:
We are in search of an accomplished AEC Recruiter to join our ranks, ideally located near a Parametrix office.
This role offers flexibility with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements, alongside occasional travel to foster connections, strengthen team dynamics, and conduct essential interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent.
Who You Are:
Experienced:
You possess a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition with over 10 years of progressive experience as a senior-level recruiter, specifically within the AEC industry. Experience in Water/Environmental recruitment is highly desirable.
Relationship Builder:
You are adept at establishing rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Present:
This role necessitates occasional travel to cultivate relationships, engage in strategic discussions, and support the firm in critical business decisions.
Curious:
You demonstrate strong AEC business acumen, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and creativity in providing solutions that align with organizational needs.
You are proactive, manage your workload effectively, and are eager to integrate into a collaborative team environment.
