Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and providers with clinical activities, including patient preparation, vital signs, and medical procedures.
- Collaborate with clerical staff to optimize office operations and patient flow.
- Interact with outside healthcare facilities and agencies to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain updated competencies and demonstrate expertise in patient care and workflow.
- Perform front office duties and provide coverage as needed.
- Provide coverage in other departments or locations as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support patient-centered care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent experience required.
- 1 year of relevant experience or completion of a Beaumont MA internship and 6 months of MA work experience required.
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- At least one certification from a preferred list required.
