We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated individual with experience in daycare or preschool settings to join our team as a Nurturing Infant Educator.

8 hour shift
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday

Nurturing Infant Educator Responsibilities:
  • Oversee classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Act as a role model, employing a growth mindset to cultivate young minds and inspire a love of learning.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants in a manner that aligns with the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a secure, nurturing atmosphere where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Support your center's success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, fostering a dynamic environment where play and learning occur seamlessly.
Nurturing Infant Educator Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; must be 18+
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices; strong written and communication skills; CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Prior classroom experience in a childcare center teaching infants is a plus.
  • Clean background check is required.
  • TB test and staff medical (within one year old).
  • Minimum of 2 work references.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
