Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering an exceptional Early Childhood Education curriculum while ensuring a safe, engaging, and healthy environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support a high-quality early childhood education program.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, school leadership, families, and the broader community.
  • Maintain a positive and secure learning environment for all children.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications:
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • A high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Completion of specific educational courses or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is necessary.
  • Adhere to all state-specific educational and licensing regulations, maintaining up-to-date credentials.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, and engaging in various physical activities. The individual must be able to lift, carry, and perform fine motor tasks as needed. Clear vision and hearing are essential for effective communication and supervision.
