About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Green Humanity Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, minimizing downtime, and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness
  • Lead and manage a team of mechanics and electricians to ensure proactive, safe, and efficient support to the production team
  • Partner with various teams across Operations to implement processes that drive production and quality targets, and ensure compliance with safety measures
  • Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure the reliability of plant equipment
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a 24/7 operation
  • Experience managing maintenance teams and supporting autonomous manufacturing teams
  • Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Pillars - Autonomous and Effective Maintenance in a process environment
  • Working knowledge of Analytical Process Mapping
  • Ability to work in environments that reach temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees
  • Able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
  • Able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applied working knowledge of time, condition, and predictive based maintenance processes
  • Experience setting business targets to drive and sustain continuous loss reductions
  • Working knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
