About the Role

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that all team members are working together to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
