As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate relationships, creating and executing strategies, tracking performance to drive growth and revenue while you grow this department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, assisting their efforts and maintaining relationships to ensure their success.
  • Program Development: Develop and direct strategy and implementation for email, ad, influencer, etc affiliate opportunities.
  • Program Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance to find improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance campaigns and ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and KPIs, prepare and present regular performance reports.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee creation and execution of campaigns, including promotions and product launches.
  • Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience building an Affiliate Marketing Program from the ground up.
  • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in Financial, DeFi, blockchain industries.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks to lead a department.
