Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Breast Sonographer to provide top-notch patient care and perform various ultrasound procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic medical sonography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound procedures for patients, including breast imaging
- Review patient history and physician's orders to ensure accurate and effective care
- Position patients and perform imaging procedures, analyzing results and identifying issues with image quality
- Implement safety standards and perform quality control procedures on equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
- Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
