**Job Title:** Assembly Technician

**Location:** Spartanburg, SC USA

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Magna Energy Storage Systems. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line.

The successful candidate will have experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of assembly line processes and metalworking techniques. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production goals while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

**Responsibilities:*** Performs assembly tasks by operating machines or using manual methods* Reads and follows work instructions and standard operating procedures* Ensures compliance with all safety and quality standards* Trains other employees as needed* Creates and maintains a safe and healthful work environment* Performs daily housekeeping and 5S activities

**Requirements:*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience* Ability to work overtime as needed* Ability to stand on feet for at least 8 hours per day* Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus* Knowledge of production assembly line processes and metals is a plus
