Compensation: Annual Salary Ranging from $85,829 to $110,000 Based on Experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Physical Therapy License in Washington State in Good Standing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Two Years of Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and precise physical evaluations and assessments prior to client program entry (PT, Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, Brain Injury, etc.)
  • Design personalized physical therapy programs tailored to each client's needs and goals derived from assessments.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records that reflect changes in clients' functional status.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary meetings, client-care planning, and program development.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate treatment plans and programs.
  • Provide ongoing assessments and develop plans for clients' independent home programs or further follow-up as necessary.
