Position Overview

Role Summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Sample Room Coordinator to enhance our Sterile Procedure Tray division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate assembly of Custom Procedure Tray presentation samples.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold assembly standards for production by ensuring precise product placement, wrapping methods, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with Account Representatives to identify and eliminate excessive and unnecessary packaging.
  • Retrieve components from the Sample Room as needed to fulfill sample requests and manage inventory levels by ordering and replenishing stock.
  • Revise quote worksheets based on packaging modifications and component adjustments, returning them to the respective Account Representatives for system updates.
  • Employ tray imaging software to create images of both competitive and Medline branded tray samples.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience

  • Relevant work experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting documents.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing.
  • Familiarity with computer operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • Background in Production Assembly of medical products.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative roles.
