Responsibilities:
Expectations:
Assist in processing sales transactions using cash, credit, or financial aid.
Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
Proactively support store operations, including using equipment and cash registers while maintaining service speed and transaction accuracy.
Temporary roles require availability to work weekly for a duration of 90 days or less, including occasional weekends, with flexible scheduling for opening, midday, or closing shifts.
Physical Demands:
Regular movement throughout the store to access various departments and products.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Frequent lifting required.
Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Covid-19 Considerations
Our stores adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines regarding social distancing and sanitization. Depending on campus requirements, positions may necessitate vaccination confirmation. The use of face masks may also be expected or required throughout the day and while on campus.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for employment.
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers to provide an elevated experience.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic skills in math, keyboarding, and data entry.
Flexible availability throughout the academic year, including peak times.
