Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily safety briefs with the sales representative, customer, and WTI crew to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage project communication, including weekly and daily schedules, scope of work, and daily tasks with the WTI crew and customer.
  • Oversee project management, including start and end times, production rates, and tool and material availability.
  • Complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues prior to leaving the job site.
  • Ensure all WTI Field Reps maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services.
  • Manage inventory, track and monitor supplies, and complete quarterly cycle counts.
  • Review pricing procedures for field service projects over $5,000 and submit projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submission to the sales representative or customer.
  • Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take corrective measures as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems.
What We Offer

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $25.16 and $31.45, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
