Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home-Based ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Home-Based ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver ABA interventions in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA Interventions: Implement ABA therapy programs in clients' homes, using evidence-based methods to promote positive behavior change.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, preparing it for presentation to our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collaboration with Program Staff: Work closely with program staff to ensure therapy programs are consistent and effective, and to provide updates to parents and guardians on daily activities.
  • Communication and Feedback: Communicate effectively with your BCBA to ensure high-quality therapy and support, and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and accepting feedback.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt to working both independently and as part of a team, depending on program needs, and have reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: High school diploma or GED equivalent, with RBT certification preferred (or willingness to complete a 40-hour ABA course within the first 30 days of employment).
  • Experience and Skills: Experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification, and AZ fingerprint card, and valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
