Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ABA Therapist

At The Treetop ABA Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an ABA Therapist. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental needs. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will enable you to create meaningful and supportive treatment plans that promote significant improvements and growth in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
