Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing tailored weekly schedules and care plans

Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally

Provide personal companionship, actively engaging with clients to offer social and emotional support

Help with personal care tasks including hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding

Facilitate transportation for clients to appointments as necessary

Handle administrative duties such as documenting task completion and reporting any changes in clients' physical or mental conditions

Qualifications:
Active and in good standing Pennsylvania Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Dependability, professionalism, and punctuality are essential
