Job Title: Walmart Retail Specialist

Join our team as a Walmart Retail Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place product on the floor.
  • Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
  • Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best.
  • Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
  • Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to showcase client products.
  • Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
  • Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success.
  • Represent our company and clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
  • Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
  • Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
Requirements:
  • Owning your store(s) and being the face of our company as you visit Walmart on behalf of our clients.
  • Enjoying working independently as a representative but remembering you're an extension of the Walmart family.
  • Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers, and our team members.
  • Leveraging the support of and sharing best practices with our Walmart team nationwide through closed social media groups and communication channels.
  • Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
  • Completing work within the provided timeframe.
  • Closely following detailed instructions to ensure we get it right the first time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reporting your work the same day you complete it.
What You Need:
  • Access to reliable transportation to get you from multiple retail locations in your area.
  • A smartphone with access to data and internet to report and upload photos.
