Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at our Belton, MO fulfillment center. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
  • Label, replenish, box make, load/unload trailers, and move stowed product to various locations utilizing a Forklift.
  • Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
  • Safely and efficiently operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Willing to be trained on PIT equipment.
Physical Job Requirements
  • Walk up to 2 miles per shift.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
