Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Cultivate, mentor, and motivate a talented team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Inventory Oversight: Analyze sales trends, manage stock levels, and ensure product availability to meet customer demands.
  • Community Engagement: Organize educational seminars on lawn, garden, pet, and pond care, sharing expertise with customers and staff alike.
  • Recruitment and Training: Spearhead the hiring process and develop training programs that reflect our store's values.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize basic computer skills to enhance retail operations through online solutions and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
