Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Specialist to join our team at Meridian Behavioral Health. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Transport clients to and from appointments, admissions, and discharges in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide orientation to new clients, checking in personal property and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Monitor client whereabouts, making rounds and conducting overnight bed checks to ensure their safety.
  • Complete DAANES reports as directed and interact with clients whenever possible.
  • Attend shift change report meetings and assist with client discharge processes.
  • Chart interactions and observations in client records, and participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings.
  • Distribute medications and perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a minimum age of 21 years old.
