We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate LPN Extern to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and work collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist with procedures, monitoring, and other functions as directed
- Document patient care in a timely and thorough manner
- Support the nursing staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Currently enrolled in a nursing program with a focus on LPN training
- Fundamentals and some clinical experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
