Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and participating in patient and family education.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and participate in patient and family education
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement a care plan tailored to each patient's needs
  • Utilize computerized documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
  • Maintain cultural and diversity awareness when interacting with patients, visitors, co-workers, and other customers
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License
  • 1 year of rehab nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
