As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.

Qualifications include:

  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
