Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly
  • Set up fixtures and AJ's for holding parts to be assembled, utilizing various hand and power tools as needed
  • Dry and wet installation of fasteners and hardware in aircraft-grade materials
  • Paint touch-up and apply epoxy as needed to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Organize parts and paperwork for processing and transport to next operation
  • Input data into ERP software to track inventory and production
  • Support the company's business goals and objectives for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA)

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Operational knowledge of rivet setting equipment
  • Experience reading blueprints or engineer drawings
  • Experience using measuring instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools
  • Basic Quality Assurance requirements and ISO Awareness
