Role Overview // As a vital member of the Extensis sales team, you will engage with potential clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities. This dynamic role demands a proactive approach, with the ideal candidate being driven to meet and exceed sales targets. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable with phone and video communications, and be self-motivated to prospect and cultivate leads from a remote setting. Regular team meetings will be held to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities // In this position, your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting specific accounts through strategic email and call sequences.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients from your designated target list.
  • Assess incoming leads from our website via video consultations.
  • Transition enterprise-level opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Manage small to medium business sales through a complete sales cycle with guidance from the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain discipline in CRM updates and daily task organization.


Qualifications // The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales. Additionally, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in inside or outside sales, with preference given to candidates familiar with SaaS.
  • A proven history of achieving sales quotas and goals.
  • A proactive approach to prospecting, with a desire to be recognized for your efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in digital tools.
  • The ability to identify and address customer business needs with appropriate solutions.
  • Effective prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the sales process.
  • A competitive spirit and high expectations for personal performance.
  • A curious mindset and problem-solving abilities.
