Role Overview // As a vital member of the Extensis sales team, you will engage with potential clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a candidate who is driven to meet and exceed sales targets. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable with phone and video communications, and have a self-motivated approach to prospecting and opportunity development from a remote setting. Regular team meetings will be held to foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities // In this role, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing outbound marketing campaigns through targeted outreach to potential accounts via email and phone
  • Scheduling meetings with prospects from your designated target accounts
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from our website through virtual consultations
  • Transitioning significant enterprise opportunities to Account Executives
  • Managing small to medium business sales through the complete sales cycle with guidance from the Sales Manager
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing daily tasks effectively


Qualifications // The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales. Additionally, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with preference given to candidates with SaaS experience
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • A proactive approach to prospecting and a desire for recognition based on performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in digital tools
  • The ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the sales process
  • A competitive spirit and high personal performance standards
  • A curious mindset and problem-solving abilities
