We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to join our team at Sevita. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full and independent lives.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of caregivers, facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties
  • Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care
  • Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
