Under the guidance of a supervisor, the incumbent will provide essential social services to patients and their families in alignment with medical directives.
The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance their understanding of the social and emotional dynamics that influence patient care.
The incumbent will report directly to the Home Health Manager.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in social work
- Preferred: Two years of experience in an acute care hospital setting or a combination of relevant experiences
Compensation:
$47.70 per hour
