Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Court Associate to join our team. As a Food Court Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
