Key Responsibilities- Manage client intake, acquire medical records, and prepare police reports.
- Be the primary point of contact for client communication, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Handle a high volume of cases, guiding them through to settlement while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team and report directly to a named partner.
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury and Premise Liability.
- A strong understanding of Florida law, especially in general liability cases like auto accidents and slip & fall.
- Proficiency with Filevine or similar cloud-based case management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for handling cases independently.
