Master Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Tradesperson to join our team at Kaliber Management LLC. The selected individual will play a vital role in installing and repairing water supply lines and drainage systems.

Responsibilities:

• System Installation and Maintenance: Assemble and install plumbing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
• Project Coordination: Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems, adhering to industry best practices.
• Estimating and Reporting: Prepare written work cost estimates for clients, providing accurate and transparent pricing information.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of oneself and others.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related fields is essential for this role.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to read blueprints and schematics, think critically, and make informed decisions.
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical workload, working in various environments and conditions.
• Communication Skills: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
