The Licensed Commercial Plumber will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality technical solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This is a key role in our service team, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing service experience. As a Licensed Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for managing personally assigned vehicle inventory, maintenance, and reports, and working closely with Operations Managers and field supervisors to promote outstanding customer service, safety compliance, and job assignments safely, on-time, and within budget. Your primary focus will be on delivering technical excellence in every job, ensuring that our industry-leading warranties and guarantees are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Present options on every call and assist customers in making the best decision for their business
- Refuse to compromise company or individual integrity by performing unnecessary services
- Assist fellow employees whenever called upon to do so
- Perform every job with technical excellence in order to live up to our industry-leading warranties and guarantees
- Remain current on license, certifications, training, and safety requirements
- Maintain, inspect, and clean assigned vehicle and maintain and secure truck stock to promote time and material efficiency and present a professional image to the public
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing service experience
- Active Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Current Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, free uniforms, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and more.
