Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in R&D within plastics manufacturing, with a strong focus on extrusion processes.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of materials like LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PET, mPE, EVA, PP, PHA, PLA, or similar.
    • Proficient in working with additives such as UV stabilizers, plasticizers, processing aids, antioxidants, colorants, etc.
    • Experience with materials analysis and testing methods.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and inspire teams while working cross-functionally to drive projects to success.
