We are looking for a talented Software Engineer - IT Governance to join our team at Entergy. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that support our core IT processes.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement software solutions using the Now platform.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement workflows and service requests based on customer specifications.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Perform thorough system and integration testing.
  • Monitor and report on application health, usage, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development for an enterprise platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and design principles.
