Job SummaryTravel Resorts of America in Jackson Springs, NC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including reporting sales to the corporate office
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Review and process membership contracts
- Confer with members, management, and other departments to provide information about member accounts
- Process new hire paperwork for the corporate Human Resources department
- Fulfill Excel reports with weekly sales information
- Perform data entry, scanning, shipping, and emailing tasks
- Inventory office supplies and marketing premiums
- Produce and maintain forms and supplies for the sales team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of office-related experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
