Job Summary

Travel Resorts of America in Jackson Springs, NC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including reporting sales to the corporate office
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Review and process membership contracts
  • Confer with members, management, and other departments to provide information about member accounts
  • Process new hire paperwork for the corporate Human Resources department
  • Fulfill Excel reports with weekly sales information
  • Perform data entry, scanning, shipping, and emailing tasks
  • Inventory office supplies and marketing premiums
  • Produce and maintain forms and supplies for the sales team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of office-related experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
