We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team at ATR International.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff, including sourcing, planning, and attendee management.
  • Troubleshoot venue and vendor issues onsite, ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Post-event, review invoices for accuracy, process payments, and host debrief meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, talent management, operational leadership, or event management.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, execute plans, and drive results.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exposure to talent analytics, with ability to create reports and analyze metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with adversity, ambiguity, and lead strategic priorities.
  • Familiarity with People and/or Recruiting Processes and Systems.
  • Prior experience working in a Diversity & Inclusion or Equity based role.
  • Success in creating, driving, and scaling programs from scratch.
