As the EHS Supervisor, you will lead the EHS team to guarantee adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations while assisting in the successful attainment of both company and client goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level support to the EHS team, ensuring that all EHS compliance aspects are met with excellence.
- Oversee, coordinate, and communicate EHS processes and protocols.
- Review, implement, and maintain compliance with corporate policies and various state and federal regulations.
- Conduct on-site evaluations of facility requirements related to EHS programs and initiatives.
- Research, develop, and communicate EHS programs and solutions; create action plans as necessary.
- Facilitate safety meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.
At a minimum, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with computerized scanning equipment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule as required, including both planned and unplanned overtime, which may encompass weekends.
- CPR/AED/BBP training or current certification.
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent related experience.
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in EHS within a warehousing or distribution context.
- Knowledge of industry-specific state and federal regulations.
