Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to our mission of transforming identity management in security. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in enterprise security and engineering, supported by a strong foundation in machine learning and data science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable machine learning systems from the ground up.
- Demonstrate a successful history of developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Establish and lead the machine learning strategy across the organization.
- Effectively tackle complex problems and adapt to evolving environments.
- Exhibit proficiency in algorithm development and code review processes.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and testing principles.
- Collaborate with teams focused on data acquisition and presentation to ensure data readiness and availability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on managing large datasets and developing algorithms and machine learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with tools such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience in creating transformer models, reinforcement learning systems, recommendation engines, information retrieval systems, and natural language processing.
- Hands-on experience throughout the machine learning model lifecycle, including data mining, curation, training, and MLOps.
- Deep knowledge of security-related domains, including threat analysis, fraud detection, risk assessment, and anomaly detection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the current landscape of large language models and experience in utilizing open-source tools for building and fine-tuning generative AI models.
- Ability to think creatively to address challenges associated with large language models.
