Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain vital signs and maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, hygiene, and toileting
  • Prepare and serve meals, and perform light homemaking services
  • Monitor and report changes in patient status, and implement emergency procedures as needed
  • Follow infection prevention and control protocols, and handle hazardous waste safely
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current state certification as a nurse assistant
  • CNA experience within the last two years, or completion of a training and competency program
  • Current CPR certification
